Booking Spacesstudy space

Most study spaces in Fountains are available on a walk-in basis, but you can ensure you have a space by reserving it here.

If you have difficulty using this tool, please email library@yorksj.ac.uk for assistance, or go to an Information Services desk in Holgate or Fountains.

 

Book a Space

Select the location and type of space you want to book. You will see a grid where you can select your start time, and then select your end time in the menu at the bottom. You will receive an email confirmation once you have completed your booking.

Book Equipment

Student iPads can be borrowed from the Fountains Information Services Desk. Student Laptops are available 24/7 from our Laptop Lockers in Fountains and Holgate. 

To reserve staff laptops, staff iPads, cameras, or other electronic or specialist equipment, use the YSJ Media Loans website. These can be collected from the IT Services Desk in Holgate.
